thank you for sharing this idea. however in Official Tamiya races opened motors are not allowed but you can still use this for pratices. i think its much better also if you record the rpm of the motor before and after you open it.
there should be a brass insert to the motor casing in which the bearing is supposed to be inserted, the glue would be a good fit as constant use would wear the glue out, pr even lubrication
i love modifying motors and chassis, but this one seems unnecessary, since you can easily get non Tamiya fa-130 mabuchi motors with bearings on both ends. You can even find an endbell of the same color as the torque tuned. Anyway, very good craftmanship!

But it would be expensive.... www.minizracing.it/minizshop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=65_86_119

can you give us the link where to get the bearings?
if i only change the bearing can increase motor speed ?

Yes u can. Before the motor opened, its uses Friction bearing. The coefficient of metal to metal contact is high. It delay the rotation speed per revolution as compare to roller bearing or (anti-friction bearing). It makes a huge difference. Roller bearing wont restrict the flow of rotations.
every race category has its own rules on what you can and cant do.....unless you were pointing out that the legal system does not care what kids do with their toy cars....
