I've thought about doing that myself. I have a Honda Shadow with a Velorex sidecar on it that's a lot of fun but a mini-bike for the back yard and woods would be fun too. I'm surprised no one builds a sidecar for mini-bikes already. Rokon 2 wheel drive off road motorcycles builds sidecars they sell as an optional accessory so I think building and selling sidecar kits would be profitable for those mini-bikes. I can see them sitting for sale in Tractor supply stores ready to buy and take home.

If you redesign the sidecar frame and place the sidecar wheel further back in line with your rear wheel it'll improve your right turns. With your current geometry, you're fighting the sidecar wheel when you make your right turns.
