Hi David, you're in luck :-) I have my best fruit cake recipe on my site. I promise you, once you try it, you'll use this recipe every year. That is absolutely a way to a lovers heart!!.. Looks so pretty and sounds so sinful! I do have one question, as always, I'm so sorry! Here it goes: I am just making sure of one thing, is it 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or 3 teaspoons? I use 3 tablespoons for my 9 inch chocolate pie, so it sounded a lil bit much, not doubting you at all just making sure. What works for one thing may not for another. Hi Connie, if you hear me say the measurement and also see it written the same, then it's 100% correct, in this recipe, yes indeed it's 3 tablespoons. If I had said one thing and written another, then it could be cause for confusion, but yes "tablespoons" is the correct amount. I really strive now to double and triple check my ingredients both verbally and on-screen, I really don't wish to make mistakes. I wanted this super rich and full of chocolate. You can, of course, use any amount you wish, but this is beautiful like this :-) No worries, glad you asked, and I'm glad to have cleared that up for you.

Sunaina Sharma Hi again Sunaina, I have not tried this cake in the microwave, but it is possible. IF you wish to make it in this heart shape, you will have to use a silicone mold.... or... make a round cake and then shape it with a knife to make it looks like a heart.

+Anisha Bn9 self-rising flour contains baking powder, and is not the same as all purpose flour. If you see a recipe that calls for baking powder, you may use self-raising flour instead, and omit the baking powder. I hope this helps :-)

when your baking time is about finished, the cake will be set. You can check how firm it is, by using a wooden skewer, you slide it into the cake and if you bring it out and it is clean then the cake is baked, or "set "
