Very nice designs! Sort of like if the Folts Minimalists were juicing and pumping iron.

I watched the video, the knife is an overpriced ripoff. What's even more ridiculous is trying to use such a short blade in a fight !Unless you are being attacked by the 7 dwarfs!I mean if your advocating using that midget knife, you have probably only been in video game knife fights!!!

do you know if they are going to come out with a paracord wrapped handle?
Look to be good knives with a lot of thought going in to their design. A fair competitive price for what is being offered. Not a big fan of the karambit style knife, but am coming round. Good review.

They are definitely task specific to tactical use, but they are well set up for that.

I think what you call hammer grip is actually a saber grip, because your thumb is on the back of the blade. Maybe someone can confirm.

I think the handle will limit it's use/utility. I see you slammin them in the log-not so good penetration my opinion....................thanks Aaron
@gideonstactical9 жыл бұрын
Because of the hard wood there is not much penetration. More to show the steel is tough and the handle lock up is good.

handle design does imo rely on thumb support too much for a hard user. i totally prefer knives with which i can use a fist grip.

Howdy Gideon's Tactical, just wondering If you ever thought about rating your products out of 10 instead of 5. I felt this would bring some more thought into your rating of the products you reviewed

Is the angle / curve on the knives in the video different? It looks like the drop point has more degrees.

Hard use/tactical is an oxymoron. Beating on your tactical knife is the worst thing you can do to it. You don't want a 1/4 inch thick blade with a beaten edge when it is time to defend yourself.

Kinda of what I call a poser knife(mall ninja) ... Teflon coated?????? give me a break. Teflon flakes right off. Even Coldtseel has switched to using DLC coating. I honestly have no idea why Teflon would be used on an outdoor knife(It has very little wear resistance)!! D2 steel is kind of an outdated steel, considering the development of more modern steels like CPM. The more modern steels like crucible and carpenter have come down in price(even Coldsteel uses them in their basic models now) So I cannot fathom why anyone would be buying knife made from such antiquated materials!! I mean how out of touch with the mainstream knife world do you have to be, to buy an overpriced knife like the Min Combat?? Although I think it is a well named good knife, if you are playing soldier, with the other kids on the block.. Oh and I'm not a Coldsteel fanboy or any other brand fannboy.
@trblshooter75748 жыл бұрын
desade1776 who cares about blade coatings? Maybe only mall ninjas do? D2 is a tool steel as in this is a tool not some safe queen stainless steel like cpm or carpenter that people are afraid to scratch . Ever heard of Benchmade adamas, dpx hest?
@Beowulf9758 жыл бұрын
Darren Smith Yes and the over priced tool that Hardcore is offering is utter overpriced junk.Why would you not use a premium steel in a life sustaining tool.Teflon is a joke D2 is horse and buggy steel.. DLC coatings and premium steels like what Coldstee offers are well made and designed for real life, and priced competitively, You Darren no beyond nothing about knives. You suffer from out and out ignorance and. utter stupidity Darren the Dumb.Why would anyone buy Hardcore overpriced ,subpar products,unless you are a mall ninja idiot who buys for the cache of name ,like a woman would buy...Are you secretly a girl Darren.
