Mini Cooper Convertible Top Repair Part 3

i have a r52 2005 mini convertible, my sunroof slides back fine, but only one of the latches unlatches, the other one opens only half. Any idea how to fix that?

Disconnect the battery for 1 minute, then re-connect ✌🕶🔧
