Welcome back everyone! Here is a DIY for how to change the spark plugs on the Mini Countryman. This will also work for the turbo motor in the other minis of this vintage. Thanks for watching!

Hi, great video, wanted to know if this would be the same procedure for an F60 (2017 Countryman ALL4)?

I think that is a different engine but the basic procedure is the same the cover might not come off the same.

@@KevinsEuropeanGaragethank you for the response! Just tried today and the cover does pop off the same, difference is that the ignition coils are not covered with latches that clicks. Space is more cramped under a stabilizer bar that runs across the engine compartment, but shouldn’t be too hard to get under

Yes its been a while. I injured my back made it hard to work on cars. I just did the bare minimum for the last year. I do have two more videos that I have to finish editing. Hope to have those out soon.

European engineering has a sturdy ''plastic valve cover'' yeah try changing the pcv cap and watch the pcv mouths lip on the valve cover underneath crack away... gonna fix this turd and sell it.. if you change a battery the power interruption can have the footwell control module lose programming and cause all kinds of non engine, electrical failures with doors & head lights etc.. that's a problem BMW has ignored for 16years.. these cars are pure money pits..
