Mini Fried Aloo Naan

INGREDIENTS:-
5 medium sized Potatoes
1tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 small, chopped ONION
1 tbsp, minced GARLIC
1⁄4 cup, frozen PEAS
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder ½tsp
Turmeric ½tsp
Whole Cumin 1tsp
Red Chili Flakes ½tsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Anardana Powder 1tsp
Carom seeds 1⁄4tsp
2Fresh Green Chilies
chopped coriander
INGREDIENTS For Dough
12 g FRESH YEAST
(1⁄4 of a 50g cake)
or 7g instant active yeast
1tsp SUGAR
1tsp SALT
225ml LUKE WARM WATER
2 cups FLOUR (240g approximately)
2 tsp OLIVE OIL/ COOKING OIL
SESAME SEEDS

I need to order them first, after I will do it. But sincerely I like the crunchy texture of the India type of samosas dough
