Exactly how I used to watch my mum make them. She would make a stack in such a short space of time and without rolling pin some times. I learnt from her about the spots and when to turn over and to make sure it inflates so it cooks through! Amazing! Love your videos!

Ma Sha Allah you are sooo amazing! I fell in love with your channel when I first stumbled across it in 2017. I wait weeks for you to post your cooking videos and love it! Believe it or not just 1 week ago I was trying my hardest to make the perfect roti and no youtube video helped me. Now I will try your method! My roti dough is always too soft and I always end up using more dry flour during rolling and hate dry flour everywhere on my kitchen counter tops! I love using the rolling by hand method just like my wonderful, sweet mum-in-law (may Allah S.W.T grant her Jannat-ul-Firdous, Ameen). My issue is with hand rolling the edges always stay thick no matter how hard I try to make it stay even. Any tips for this? Also can we refrigerate your roti dough? Will the roti still puff up or does refrigeration change the texture and consistency of the final product? Thanks so much! Take care!

your Roti isn't sticking to surface while wheeling how , like mine always stick to surface and plus you use nonstop pan. my Roti always got hard and dry because I use to much aata so it doesn't stick to surface what to do..

Use one to two teaspoons of oil while kneading the dought This will make ur roti soft And keep the dough in refrigerator for Atleast 3-4 hours it prevents sticky dough. Hope it works for u
