I don't know how anyone can fly that fast! Holy sh!t that was insane! Somebodies been a practicin'! lol 😵‍💫🤯 So, now I'm wondering how soon the Air65 Pro (or whatever the decide to call it lol) will be out with the new 5 in 1 board and a much lower weight than the 17g the Air65 weighed with the 4 in 1 and a separate ELRS receiver. When they advertised this 5 in 1 was coming, I decided to wait on purchasing the Air65. Glad I did! Looking forward to the new whoop... Gonna go see if it's out yet! Awesome video, Bro... My mind is officially BLOWN! 💯🤯

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video. I don't think it is their plan to release an Air65 with the 5in1 AIO, this is more catered towards hardcore DIY builders who fancy weight saving over repairability etc

Bmi gyros are junk. They are cheap, have poor qc, suffer from drift and are much more prone to failure. Issues with older 42688 designs is dropping them on to poor designed fcs. The bmi is less sensitive to electrical noise so it can handle a poorly designed fc/aio better but now the brands have started to get their shit together on the newer designs there will be a lot less issues with them

What you meemed at the beginning, is the reason i never flew betafpv, i always wanted a true AIO. That and the fact that the only FC i ever bought from betafpv was bricked after the 3rd crash. I am thinking about buying this one, but if it has any problems, i will be staying away from betafpv electronics indefinetely. Hoping this little FC will change my mind though.

Every true AIO will have a higher failure rate than a 4in1 by nature of the cramped components and more points of failure. This is a fantastic FC and the best on the market but it will not be immune to abuse especially if you crash a lot and put the wrong Bluejay settings.

Why you don't put the fc upside down to protect the gyro and there would be enough free space for ufl too. How about the stock tune? Awesome flying and thanks for infos. I'm still waiting for mine. :)

I used the same tune as my cross boards (Justice Spicy) and it worked just fine. I didn't want to put the FC upside down as the motor pads are only on the underside of this board (unlike the cross board) so it's quite annoying to solder and repair motors that way

Just a fair warning these ICM42688 gyros are already used in JHEMCU boards and are super sensitive and prone to failure. I hope betafpv adresses this and these boards are not prone to the same issues

Before the cross boards I used ICM gyros for over a year on the original 5in1. Agree that they are more susceptible to damage than the BMI270 that is why board orientation and camera mount are so important.

I was happy to get the 4in1 but this new one looks promising... By the way your air frames break a lot or not? I destroyed my first one in less than a week haha. I also love the 1219S Green Werdna props!

I sometimes break an Air frame after months of heavy abuse. I just solder back the crack and use tape/solder wick to hold it in place. Works a charm! Also thanks for using the Werdna props!
