How to Make Mini Soft Bread Rolls at Home (ASMR)

Ingredients
Dough
300g flour (2 ½ cups)
120ml milk (½ cup)
15g sugar (1 tbsp)
5g yeast (1 tsp)
1 egg
3g salt ( ½ tsp)
30g butter (2 tbsp)
Egg wash
1 egg yolk
10ml milk (1 tbsp)
Bake 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes

*Instructions:*
- Put the flour in a mixing bowl.
- Then add the warm milk sugar and yeast and mix.
- Add 1 egg and mix with a spatula.
- Knead for about 10 minutes until it becomes non-sticky and smooth.
- Cover and rise for 30 minutes.
- Put the dough on the counter and divide it into 16 equal parts.
- Make each piece round.
- Arrange them on the tray.
- Cover it and rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- If you want a shiny, golden crust, brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
- Place the rolls in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
