I just bought this & am excited to get started next week. I'm 66, just had a DXA scan & have osteoporosis. I'm very sedentary & basically a hermit who avoids the outside so this seems perfect to start.

I'm 48 and started my weightloss journey on 5th of february. So far doing great. I changed my lifestyle completely and started exercising regularly. I had a minitrampoline 20years ago but gave it away as I didn't use it on the long run. I bought one 5 days ago and I'm already "addicted". Now with youtube and all the workouts you find here, it's much more useful to me than 20 years ago. It brings so much joy into my daily routine and is so versatile. Love it.

@@janicejune For now I need some guidance for the workouts, but as soon as I'll know some of the common moves better, I'll for sure binging some of my favourite shows on tv or youtube. :-) Thanks for your video and responding so quickly. Greetings from Switzerland.

I have a mini trampoline, I love it, it's one with the bungee cords, I did have one with springs for several years, but I found my ankles really hurt when I was done using it, (I'm 54) now with the bungee cords, my ankles do not hurt. I really need to use it more... ;O)

Good morning! That is helpful! I keep thinking about getting one with bungee cords. I think if you're going to stick with it, that is the best way to go. The one I have is sufficient for now, but I will definitely be looking into an upgrade! Thank you for watching and commenting! Have a great week! 🥰

I have a BCAN, and I'm happy with it. I'm leary of the ones with bungees because they wear out and could be dangerous, it would seem. My husband uses bungees all the time for different things around our ranch, and they wear out and don't last as long as I'd like.

I have a Bellicon rebounder with bungees, it’s about 5 years old and I use it daily. The bungees don’t wear out and they are not dangerous! They can also be replaced with new ones and Bellicon has different strengths available.
