Minibike Restoration | FULL PAINT PROCESS | PART 2

In part 1, I show you how I make accurate slots to mount a predator 212cc engine on a Doodlebug minibike. I also show how to fit the engine properly.
In part 2, I show my full process of paint prep to finish in order to get a super smooth and beautiful paint job. I also do some frame modifications.
Painting process: Remove most of easy to get off paint with abrasive wheels. Sand entire frame thoroughly with 150 grit sandpaper. Then, use a 320 and 400 grit to smooth out the most noticeable frame parts. Clean frame. After, prime/ do light coat of paint. Go heavier in the next two coats then cover any parts not previously covered with coat 4. 2 coats of primer (TEST SMALL AREA FIRST).
