Hi Mam, I watched all your videos in the foder of statutory compliances i want to know one thing I understand that the pf esi payroll labour laws videos were useful for a person who is a fresher in HR also dont have any degree in HR she can get little bit of understanding to crack interview but minimum wages and standing orders videos I dont think is relevant for interview purpose or is it? as i saw partly these 3 videos as i felt you were reading bare act however for interview they wont ask I think or will they ? plz tell me else i will invest the time accordingly

Nicely explained. Big fan and follower. One query . In maharashtra , minimum wage as follows : Basic 11632 + Special Allowance 687 = 13738. 1. On which amount PF to calculate? 2.is possible to bifurcate this (₹13738) into various parts, such as 【Basic 5000+ special allowance 6000 +. Conveyance 2000+ other 738】? If yes, then on which pf to calculate?

@@readytogetupdate @Ready to get Update Thanks. But I have already gone through this play list. But confused (in context to above asked Q) with 'How to pay minimum wage?" If exact amount of Minimum wage is being paid, then how to set salary structure?(like you said 40% HRA etc.) Coz govt has given already Basic Amount and DA amount.

1) PF is calculated on Basic + DA. 2) Wage structuring is internal company matter. 3) Minimum wage is the minimum or least criteria to pay workers. Matlab Kam se kam itna pay karna hi hota hai. Yeh calculate krte waqt dhyan rakhna hai ke minimum amount mein kya chezen include nhi hoti Jo apne Act mein bhi dekha hoga. Now what's the issue ?

@@readytogetupdate big Thanks to you. In y case, ₹ 13738 is Min wage as per law. But Law has given structure (Basic ₹ 11632) . If I give basic ,say ₹6000 but gives other allowances to match ₹13738 wage, in that case, will be it a Legit ? Or Govt may send notice as Basic is not ₹11632.
