Its so satisfying to have mates who understand the need for complete sets and are ready to share hard to find parts. I benefitted from this when I was desperate for a brakkar ratskin figure. 17:00 - I have made sure to watch every video, in full, drop likes, and I try to comment on most of them. Love the content Matthew. Regarding projects: • I don't paint or collect Warhammer. I let you do thay and live vicariously through these videos. • However, I like to customize transformers toys with panel lining and other details in areas which don't rub during transformation. • Similar to how you are building armies of your dreams, I am slowly finding and collecting the Battletech Mechwarrior Clix armies of my dreams from 2002-2006, which is especially difficult when living in South America. • All that being said, I like to work on terrain for my Mechwarrior clix models to fight on, over, and through. Happy New Year. Blessings to you, Mrs. Minisodes, and the rest of your family.

Two big projects in mind, my imperial guard army that’s totally not secretly genestealers… and plans to acquire a warhound Titan and paint it up with lots and lots of free hand. Thanks for the content, I’ve found it inspiring. From the beginning of 2024 I’ve collected over 40 chaos Oldhammer models including wizards, warriors and iconic champions, as well as several ogres, minotaurs, plague bearers and all sorts of early chaos dwarves before they all sprouted tusks. It’s basically what I used to collect when I first started and it’s already a daunting collection so I’ve sworn no more till I’ve painted over half of what I already have. This could take a while as I’m still pretty crap when it comes to painting them, been practicing on Heroquest minis till I take the plunge.

Finally I get to complete an army I've been wanting to do since I was a kid. As for a Craftworld, Altansar is pretty awesome. Awesome to see the complete set all done finally, it's been a fun ride no doubt. It's entirely possible that this is my ravenwing-centric worldview if you will, but am i the only one who is particularly annoyed with the decision to put in 5 bikes instead of 6 in this otherwise awesome set? It just seems like such a trollish thing to do lol, one more bike would've given you the option to field them as two squads of 3 and be twice as capable of hit-and-run shenanigans with these, and i mean, sure, you could've just bought a single bike or the 3 bike box or an attack bike but still....i think this set would've gone from awesome to perfect with just that extra bike to give you that potential extra squad to deploy. Thank you for another great year of top-notch content, Matthew, and please get back to that dreadnought asap, the black reach/vedros set is one that is near and dear to me since it's been at the core of building both my orks (who got by far the most use out of it), and also my dark angels (although i then added a couple of sets of dark vengeance to really bring them up to snuff), so any chance to spotlight models from that era like the dreadnought is always fun, especially with your personal experience in rebuying it years later and all that lol. Best to you and the rest of the miniscape clan in the new year! Cheers!

I picked up the Space Hulk campaign book at a yard sale for 50 cents which still had the game tiles in the back of the book and that sparked me reacquiring the game and expansion boxes. I also bought advanced space Crusade, 25 imperial guards, 15 chaos terminators, 50 regular space marines, 15 orks, 36 genestealers, and 20 cultus to play the grand campaign in the back of the book with all the bells and whistles. I quite liked this set when it came out, but it was out of my budget. A few years ago I bought the captain by itself, with his Imperial Fists heraldry. I'm considering painting him as a Crimson Fist.

15:39 gak! some of those bikers have tactical arrows on the shoulder instead of the assault cross?

Oops. Funny the things you never notice.

@Miniscape-wh40k i think it's a funny quirk. Maybe they survived from a tactical squad and were used to reinforce the assault squad on bikes. I think its really great you got to put this together.
