Hey mate, sorry for the delay on this comment. Id probably go with the Yellow dot cone, it will offer the firmest ride for the cones, but going with an adjustable (either standard or shortened height - depending on setup) shock absorber to dial it in to suit the exact setup you require, would be my advise. Taking into account ride height, tyre pressures, wheel alignment etc, this will help give the best ride possible for your application. It will take some trial and error with the stiffness of the shocks, but will give you a longer life span of the shock absorber compared to one that is not adjustable. Does that make sense? Tomo

@Tomostuneups I'm just trying to make sense of a firmer cone vs bumps,jumps,pot holes and gravel stages.

@@georgegabriel8033 I think that’s gonna be rather difficult. You could run a combination of the softer cones, like the EVOLUTION cone with the different trumpet (with a smaller surface area) for the comfort then pair it with adjustable shocks. This would probably also defeat the purpose of the rally driving as you’d like it to be stiff and responsive rather than handle like miss daisy. It may be a case of either accepting you can’t have your cake and eat it too, along with compromise for ride comfort for the rallying. Maybe try a red dot cone with different spring seat size trumpets with adjustable shocks?
