Minivan Camper Build | Creating the Floor for Kaya's 2008 Toyota Sienna

In this video, we share how we built out Kaya's floor in her 2008 Toyota Sienna with the help of our dear friend Andy (who was in a cast at the time and still managed to help us and teach us new skills!)
We had to deep clean the van first, as Kaya got it off of Facebook Marketplace and it came with all kinds of yuck in the carpet and under the floor where the stow-and-go seats used to be before she took them out for more storage space.
We got to learn how to make a template with cardboard to make a perfect fit for the hinged door and larger pieces of the floor, tested our skills with staple guns, drills, saws and all kinds of cool stuff!
This is the first part of the series where we will show how she built out and leveled her floor. Stay tuned for part 2 where we figure out how to build her a bed with the help of even more friends!
