I love everything about this. I have played around with a few Hexton Hills tiles in my own AoS Path to Glory campaign but this map is EPIC. Also, anytime Matt pulls out the IJs you know that it's going to be a good time.

I am so stoked to come in, in August, and participate! I'd love to use the Anvil to make my general... but just to recreate an Ogor Tyrant (a 150 point model), I'd have to make a 270 point hero, and they would still be missing all their special weapon abilities and big names. Warscroll Tyrant it is!

You don't have to declare you're using a warpspark token to re roll a cast until you fail the roll as it says 'in the hero phase' and that's the only stipulation

Hello, I have a question regarding the lost city campaign. I was wondering when looking at the map how you knew which territories are which. For example, I have no idea where the ember road is. I know what the terrain does and I have the map, but do not know if there is a key available. You have this amazing new campaign with lots going for it. You will get tons of new eyes on your channel. And yet you still use the old hand cam approach for these batreps.

Switching to a multi-cam approach is a HUGE increase in costs. Essentially it would mean one battle report per month, not two per week.

​@@miniwargaming I won't pretend to have any idea of what it takes to make these videos but the 40k in 40min videos get far more views than a typical MWG 40k video. Maybe the time/effort in making quality over quantity might be better in the long run? Or perhaps some middle ground of using multiple cameras but not going as crazy into the post edits that the 40min videos do. just an overhead cam, a dice cam, and your hand held? IDK. I love what you guys do but I don't have the time to watch everything you put out :-(

Those are definite considerations, which we have looked into. Basically we have to decide if we want more battle reports, or higher production value battle reports. We feel that more is better in this case, as then we can cover more factions, more games, and more campaigns. We then focus the higher production on special hobby videos (like the one showcasing the map, or Dave's 144,000 Chaos Space Marine collection, etc.). In the end we never know what the perfect choice is. I wish we could do it all! And if this were a market where we could get millions of views per video, then it would be worth it.
