@@derekwpennington1796 yeah, I don't why either. I think maybe, just like some others, they didn't like drama? Or maybe it's just the area they live in. Googans focus for years was large mouths. Now they have crappie stuff. Might be something just that simple 🤷‍♀️

Sam I have definitely seen fish served at restaurants with a nutty crusted fish before over a bead of rice!! I have never tried before but after seeing you make it and how delicious it looked I’m definitely going to have to give it a try for sure!!! Awesome video buddy!!!

You should mix the pistachios with panko bread crumbs. Then do flour, eggs and bread crumb mixture and pan fry. Just my 2 cents
