We have a strong running game this year and I think Nick could manage this offense better than last years without needing to pass for 400+ yards. His first season in 2017 he turned around a rams team making the playoffs for a team that missed the postseason for over a decade straight. You need the personnel. We have a lot of players that can play multiple positions. Not only that, but you'll also need the aptitude to understand the assignment. The defenses that are good enough to do this on the fly are already good and are not going to change their scheme.
