The football IQ of this Vikings team is incredible you can see the change starting In preseason. Winning showed we finally had some roster depth! They came out the gate playing playoff football. Also the toxic Zimmer/speilman environment. This team going to change the NFL. We’re setting the bar. We can be a dynasty if they sign these coaches and GM. Long term. On that last reviewed play (the Jones run), Jefferson was lined up on the left side, so number 21 was shifting that way incase it was a play action and Jefferson was the intended receiver. Best player on the field opening things up without doing anything

Mundt is flying under the radar right now but his blocking ability is much greater than Hockenson’s. Hock will be a better receiver than Mundt but his blocking ability is not as good.

The first play it looks like grugier Hill messed up. He dropped to where Harrison Smith was. It looked like he was supposed to be where CJ stroud was looking. It all worked out but if that ball doesn't get tipped, then who knows how the game goes.

Yes, I know Hill intercepted the ball. I'm in agreement Hill looks like he was in the wrong spot at the right time. My point was the hitman would have been able to intercept the batted ball even if Hill was not there.

DFQ maybe, But it almost looks like the vikings knew that stroud was going to make that throw to #3 on the first play. As if they were somehow baiting him into that hot read with the defense they were calling. And Phillips got to that spot and knew just to put his hand up there. I'm not sure but it looks pretty orchestrated. Extremely impressive if that's the case because both guys on that side put their hands up immediately.

Now that I think about it, the Vikings have a bunch of twitchy receivers, literally all of them can stop on a dime and change directions. JJ, Addison, Nailor and Powell. There Not necessarily the fastest guys but they are all really quick and create lots of separation

Love that Nicollet Law add with Russell striding around and peering out over Vikings Stadium like he owns the place. Aspirations? Meanwhile, unless the NFL Rules Committee bans pre-snap shifts on defense, there's no indication that B-Flo's Hyper D will be countered by anything soon. Willis or Love better throw quick or run fast, come Sunday. Also, Super Sam Darnold better come back to earth and resume being a draft flop. Otherwise, guys like Stephen A are going to be very disappointed! Does a sudden collapse seem likely? Was it all just a nice little dream? Sure doesn't look like it. KOC has got Super Sam playing like a top first round QB, with a hot offense around him and a stifling defense snuffing the opposition. Why would it suddenly cease to be? With Addison, Pace and Turner coming back, seems more likely that this team will be better than ever when they face the Pack on Sunday. Skol.

Flo's system is always changing depending who they play. They will also run many different plays out of the same look so the opposing offense doesn't really know what they are going to do. According to the Flo haters he's just a one trick pony and everyone already figured out his defense last season 😆
