My dad and I shared the love of music with each other, if not anything else on earth. Like Dad, I had heard this song in the 70s but didn't pay any attention to it. At my age I was "too cool" to listen to such a sappy song. Then near 2010 there was a TV commercial with legendary NFL running back Jerome Bettis hyping up a huge crowd in a football stadium, ready for loud driving music to rev up the crowd for the game, and blasting out of the stadium's speakers was this song, soft and beautiful which is the opposite of what you'd expect. Bettis' face was very funny as in "WTF???!!!" and the crowd was stunned, then Minnie sings the super-high-pitch section and Bettis' WTF face was further focused on. That made me search for the song on KZbin and it's great.
