I noticed you use dates in your recipes. Did you know that your local Middle Eastern store carries a product called "Baking Dates" by ZIYAD? It is a date paste which is very moist and easy to use. It's also much cheaper than using fresh dates. It stays moist and fresh for months without refrigeration and makes a great Date Shake. It's also available on Amazon but much cheaper at the store.

Just made this as my first nice cream. It came out so amazing!! I was surprised how creamy bananas are when blended. I just used much more mint extract for a stronger kick. I also made your Kit Kat recipe again (doubled the batch because of how amazing it is) on Saturday for the third time. What amazing recipes you have

Now I'm curious to make a vegan vanilla chocolate chip cookie dough nice cream! the only problem is that I don' really normally like bananas, so I'd have to try and see how much banana-ish the nice cream tastes like.

+Muriel Vittori That would be delicious! Heck it is delicious I've done it :) If you just use bananas and no flavorings it does taste a bit banana-y, but if you make it chocolate or mint or some other flavor the banana taste isn't that noticeable in my opinion!
