Great concept for open parking lots and open curbs/yards with little to no obstructions. I Prefer the side by side double shoulder minuteman. Great for townhouse/ apartment complexes and on street parking areas where most times your engine company will be positioned up against parked cars. This also prevents the need to flip the shoulder load, which is just a wasted movement and many times isn’t executed properly to facilitate a clean stretch.

Do you have a video or written instruction on how to load this load. I am kinda lost on the opposite side deployment and loops.

Thanks for the reply. We would like to see your configuration of the minuteman load. We understand there are different ways to do things and would like to learn from what your layout is.

continued.... of the other half of the load. Although inline pulls usually work best with most loads, placing the loop higher in the 2nd stack facilitates the walking deployment and keeps the hose from piling at your feet by stretching line above and below the loop to clear the bed. The pump op. checking the bed is clear prior to charging is an important step in the case of every line stretch. Good Comment Brother! Stay safe.

Always identifiable for sure. Mercedes hose is a phenomenal product. Check them out.

Informative video, but I like that at 3:23 the firefighter has his foot right on top of the "no step" sign… irony??

Poor truck design, there's not a lot of place for him to step so even with a no step sign the guys are going to step on it anyways.

is this also called a speed load? cant find any videos on a "speed load" it self

CORRECTION: can you show how to pull from the opposite side of the nozzle side? We're trying and it's very wonky

why so many stacks on the bottom half, why not have the one layer then the pull loop to pull in order to clear the bed. It appears that you will need to stay in line with the hose tray for 50 feet before it it cleared. The long pull IS hard to do around obstructions.

Those hoses look like sour punch straws yellow and red kind lol

You load a second minuteman that direction.

These videos are very confusing, i get what you are describing but 3/4 of the videos are showing the presenter and not how to make the load proper.
