"The cows are up and feeding." Not sure if I should name him, but many years ago, a muskie In-Fisherman wrote something about, "If the pelicans are sitting on the rocks, the muskies aren't biting." He was talking about Canada. His point was to pay attention to nature's signs. Seems like a correlation to me.
