Miquella & Radahn - Parrying

Took ~3 days to happen, roughly 8 hours each, ~200 retries or more.
1. Keeping close to him in the 2nd phase generally prevents the most dangerous moves (I was really lucky to not have meteors which he does anyway even when close)
2. Some things that are parryable I failed to parry because I'm not good enough at this game :(

well played bud, i too beat him with parry strat, and it also took me like 3 days. this is literally one of the best bosses fromsoft ever made, i enjoyed this fight so much

Havent started the DLC yet, but seeing this makes me wonder why ppl think hes so hard. These timings cant be that tough to learn? Good job

The first phase was very easy to learn. The second phase makes it a lot harder because it adds like 4 or 5 attacks that cannot be parried, and punishes way harder for trying to parry something that cannot be (like that three-hit cross-swing combo seen when the second phase starts). Pillars of light obscuring half of the movements don't help either. Learning to roll the attacks where he hits the ground 5 times per second is also pretty hard. But I still don't see a big problem with this in general because I spent pretty much the same amount of time on e.g. Malenia Maybe ppl would have complained less if the entrance to DLC was behind Malenia and not behind Mohg :)

Speaking of unparryable attacks - the one with meteors that is mentioned in the description kills me most of the time, I'd probably die if he ever did it. Essentially unless you are lucky and if you have poor damage you will end up having one of these in your face and die until you learn to dodge it :) I was initially dying instantly after phase transition, and that kept for a day or so (played like 6-7h a day roughly) Then I found some ways to dodge some of the attacks and could survive more and more of his HP. But certainly wasn't as easy as the final video looks. Edited: BTW: My friend is currently trying to beat him without parrying and it's actually 2x harder because if you dodge only then you get full combos instead of cancelled ones. That's likely a good reason to think he's hard too.

Watching what is clearly his best and maybe only sucessful attempt (no shade to OP) and then coming to the conclusion that he is easy is wild. especially given that you are choosing to see the fight before doing it like most people

All you see is the clear run. You don't see the 2 hours and dozens of attempts.
