This entire debacle got me interested in looking some things up on wikipedia and interestingly Dave & Busters is classified as a restaurant AND an "entertainment business" (an "eatertainment" business apparantly), and GameWorks, which is for all intents and purposes identical in concept to businesses like Chuck E. Cheese and Dave & Busters, is NOT classified as a restaurant but as an "entertainment venue", so ultimately it seems what defines whether or not a "food and videogame arcade" place is a restaurant is what the people forming the business decide it is, rather than a specific videogames/food algorithmic combination. GameWorks was also specifically co-founded by Sega, who'd obviously have reasons to see the videogames as the main focus of the business, so that probably has a lot to do with why GameWorks is not classified as a restaurant despite having a pizza restaurant in it (and whose pizza could more readily be defined as food compared to Chuck E. Cheese pizza)

I agree with the premise of primary feature/secondary feature. You cannot go into a McDonald’s Play Place and just not buy food, but you CAN buy food without using the Play Place. You can go to Chuck E. Cheese without buying any food, and the ability to buy food has a prerequisite of buying entrance to the arcade.

You can also buy food there with your real money, which you can do at casinos. If it is not a casino, then it is a store or workplace: you can buy food there, and you can also work there to earn currency at the arcade machines, which you can then use to purchase commodities like (insert thing you can get at the prize counter at Chuck e cheese it's been at least seven years since I was last there). If it neither of those, it is an arcade with food elements, as Chuck E Cheese doesn't focus on the restaurant part as much as it does the arcade part.

Disneyland is NOT a restaurant, its an entertainment venue first and foremost, with amusements, restaurants, and lodging. It is a segmented establishment due to its size, you can not say the same for a chuck-e cheese because it is small, while a chuck-e cheese is the size of an average resturant (WHICH IT IS NOT ITS JUST A SIZE COMPARISON) A dave and busters is the size of a costco roughly. Thus i think its fair to say that is segmented between all 3, while in chuck-e cheese it is all blended together.
