Depending on the space available. They might have 3 to 4 tower cranes on site. You're doing ok for someone who doesn't know the in's and out's of construction. As a guy who does this work for a living. I do appreciate your videos on the work plus the Raiders.

It looks like they pump concrete into the shaft hole and then allow the weight of the rebar cage to push itself down. It probably saves having to vibrate the hole to ensure concrete fills the entire shaft. I'm sure this is a well rehearsed set of steps.
