Whether a unit is a summon is determined by an attribute which the spell attaches, not the actual unit type. If you put a water elly in the editor it would not expire and would not be dispellable. Seems like there is a function that changes attributes when the player quits to transfer units to the neutral creep side, but it just doesn't copy the summoned attribute and whoever did this just never tested for this edge case.

All of these inner wc3 thoughts were realized in dota. orb effects are also one of em (needed dota 2 to finally get rid of it though)

Always thought about how fun wc would be without the blade master always seemed out of place to me.. like all these fragile heroes with interesting spells, and then this one a click monster that can cross map super fast and get out of trouble anytime it wants without using a tp

Maybe this build needs to be reserved for maps where the rush distance between opponents' bases is longer? Also, I wonder if you can both make the second Grunt faster and make the gold-to-wood balance better by either not making the last Peon and teching without it, or only making it after the second Grunt has started? Might also be map-dependent on how the trees are laid out around your starting Great Hall. Of course, the tradeoff is having less wood when your tech finishes.

why doesn't poison damage kill enemies? (specially wind rider) wouldn't it be a nice balance change to make it kill enemies but nerf its damage if its too much.

It kills the importance of micro complety- Hit a unit x-times with poison and no matter what you do, its dead. Would be kinda lame

Just think of poison here as akin to being plagued by Defilers, they become one-hit wonders so it lets the player ease up on individual targeting and just A-move 'em. If poison "did" end up killing targets through the DoT Wind Riders & Dryads would be way more valuable lol.

Demon hunter is one of the easiest heroes in the game to use, not much skill involved.

Yes demon has mana burn but besides that he can just right click if you go mana burn. If you play demon without getting g good levels and items he isn't that good. Also you have to micro your army well and get the right units.

Honestly a lot of mistakes by grubby just by trying this variation; and then saying "doesn't work, doesnt feel nice". Of course it doesnt feel nice when you lose item, tome and later hero... And then suiciding grunt and raider before your army arriving.
