i wanted to ask a question to the judiciary system that why 498a and DV cases are filed FIR directly without any proper investigation. Does the law says to file FIR without investigation? Even the judiciary system are aware that atleast 90% of 498a are false and are misused. With this tragic incident that took place came to light to the country. I belive there are so many such family cases in the court pending that are making life's of husband in suffering and pain intensionally which are not known by the nation. i belive that without proper investigation if the FIR is filed against husband and his innocent family members this is how where some unethical wife is taking highly advantage in terms of misusing the law and demanding huge alimony So i kindly request to alter the law in terms of family disputes to stop such a tragic incident against husband and their innocent family members in future. Domestic violence act for spouses was imported from western countries but re- labelled as a domestic violence act for Women,making it one sided, leaving out men.Time has changed, so is the society adapting western living style, empowerment of women and discarding Indian family values, culture, tradition and Customs. It is high time our central government bring immediately an amendment to the present DVA and make it gender neutrality. Jai Bharat!
