Like they were saying in the clip "Jaari" does carry negative connotations... within 7 hills or some specific days, if found, could be legally killed by the ex husband...in some situations, people used to be in excommunicated by the society and village and people used to leave the place altogether for good, because adultery wasn't tolerated
