Well, if there is anyone to blame, it is the UK government. How long did it take the UK government (in this case, the police) to get information out on the perpetrator? Answer; too long. In the case of the attempted assassination of former President Trump, it took less than an hour. We were given a name and an age. Now... UK laws are different, so IF the perpetrator is 17 years old, that information should have come out immediately, squashing speculation and disinformation. But... You failed. You. And your incompetence in managing such a horrific event has led to violence. That's it. No excuses. No need for new laws. No payoffs and NDAs are required. You failed... Again.

Fact Checkers can also be biased. If you have the financial means to pay, they can Fact Check to fit your narrative/agenda. We see this every day in the news networks and social media. Depending on what side you lean, you can always find plenty of “reporting” to hear what you want to hear. The art of critical thinking and doing your own research has become obsolete. Sad.😔
