People today could never understand how it was back in the day. We had albums, magazines, and concerts. That was it. We didn't have youtube. We didn't have the internet. We didn't have VCRs. We couldn't even take a camera into concerts. If you were lucky, a magazine might have a couple pictures, or you would catch your favorite band on The Midnight Special, or something. If you missed it, you missed it. There was nowhere you could go to see it again. There was no pausing, or rewinding. Musicians had mystery and mystic. They were larger than life. We would listen to albums over and over, while we read the back of the album cover, and the liner notes. We knew when all the albums came out and recognized the names of who produced, or mastered the albums. Going to a concert was a life changing event that you would always cherish. It was something you had to live through to appreciate. P.S. We all have a crush on Stevie Nicks.

I’m a 62-year-old straight woman and I’ve had a crush on Stevie Nicks since the 70’s 😂😂 That is the genius and the allure of that wonderfully talented woman. She’s 76 now and still going strong. Highly recommend you check out “Rhiannon” and Stevie’s highly successful solo career including “Edge of Seventeen”, “Stand Back”, and “Stop Dragging my Heart Around”duet with Tom Petty. Her life would make the most astounding story but she said she would not write an autobiography because it would hurt too many people. Also she had a relationship with Joe Walsh, who you recently reacted to, and she referred to him as “the love of her life”, but they were both so coked out they both would have died if they stayed together. Really sad. 😢
