The biggest challenge in South Africa is black political leadership spineless attitude, corrupt culture and unpatriotic culture. Chidimma is not a victim but an accomplices of the identity theft of a true South African. Somewhere along the line she knew that she was foreigner benefiting unduly from identity theft but didn't report it to home affairs. I assume she kept contacts with her parents and play along with the crime. There are foreigners working in government while South Africans are denied employment.

I’m a Nigerian married to a South African with kids. I know how often I make sure my documents are valid and finally I got my ID. I have lived in this country for more than 25 years now, and all I can say is that the laws of this country and such must be respected. Looking at Chi Chi issues, the truth is that if one parent is a South African, the child is automatically a citizen of South Africa, but if both parents are foreign nationals, the child is not a South African citizen. On the other hand, if one of the parents got his or her citizenship legally and without any form of fraud, then Chi Chi would have won this case because she would be a South African citizen. The problem here is that one of her parents got a South African ID in a fraudulent way, and that cannot make Chi Chi a South African citizen. Unfortunately is not her fault, but the truth is that the IGNORANT OF LAW IS NOT AN EXCAUSE. Again, home affairs should start issuing those that qualify documents so that foreigners are documented for the security and safety of this country and to make things very easy for the SAPS. SAPS is not a magician or sangoma; they need a dada base to work on. If you don’t document people in this country, that will cause so many killings and all sorts of criminality, as we are all experiencing now. The government must stand up and put this country back as it was in 2000, 2001, and 2003. It is very sad that THE DAY SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT WILL DECIDE TO DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL FOREIGNERS. People will see it as a xenophobia, forgetting that the system has been there and that is the law and not in any way a xenophobia. The so-called xenophobia imposed on South African people is very sad. The truth is, my South African brothers and sisters gave such a platform, and some foreigners were also looting during xenophobia, yet it is called South African xenophobia, where South Africans and non-South Africans were all looting, giving a bad name to this beautiful country. If South African are xenophobia, why do some foreigners are also looting?????????????????????????? I saw on CCTV that some foreigners, well known, are also looting, and yet it is called South African xenophobia. The government must use CCTV and media to track down looters of businesses as part of good evidence and get them arrested, and if such can happen, I think it will be controlled. We all saw all these happing and people faces in TV and yet nothing happened in terms of SAPS arrest. Chi chi, I am very sorry it happened this way and is not your fault; it is the fault of one of your parents. That is the reason why I make very sure that I got the right document and stay in this country legally, because I don’t know where life will take my kids in this country tomorrow. So foreigners, kindly make sure that your documents are righ,valid and do not buy documents to stay in this country because one day it will backfire.
