Check into Uma, Miss Teen USA also! There is a restraining order in place that Layla Rose can only communicate with Uma to her parents through a MEDIATOR. These NDA's prevent the queens from speaking out but the red flags are all over the place.

excluding the times where Miss USA had to resign her crown as a result of winning Miss Universe, this is the first time since 1957 where the current Miss USA either resigned on her own terms and/or was stripped of her title!! Mary Leona Gage, who won Miss USA 1957, was stripped of her title literally 24 HOURS after she won after it was revealed that she lied about her age (she was 21, not 18), married, and the mother of two children (all of which were violations of the pageant rules at the time). The Miss USA 1957 title was then awarded to the first runner-up, Charlotte Sheffield of Utah. By the time the scandal broke publicly, the Miss Universe preliminary judging (in the early days of Miss Universe, the pageant took place literally a few days to a week AFTER the Miss USA Pageant) had already taken place, with Gage chosen as a semi-finalist (After Gage was stripped of her Miss USA title, she was ejected from the competition, and Mónica Lamas of Argentina, who placed 16th in the Miss Universe preliminaries, took Gage's spot in the semi-finals for Miss Universe) and allowed to participate pending the results of the investigation. It was too late for Sheffield, the new Miss USA, to compete, and it would be the only time the United States has not been represented at the Miss Universe pageant.

Because of toxicity and recent scandals, some American contestants (aiming for the Miss Universe crown) are skipping Miss USA altogether. MU franchises in other countries like the Philippines have a record number of delegates (with ancestral links) representing US states and cities. They compete and branded as Miss Universe Philippines Miami, Virginia ,N. Calif, S. Calif, Hawaii and Florida

- actually the previous did have issues and all the previous are standing with Noelia. They all are under NDA's so the specifics can only come from those who are witnesses but not under an NDA. There is only one that did not have the NDA.

It’s a very blanket statement to just refer to anyone or thing as “toxic”, without additional evidence or information for the viewers to decide upon. The news is no longer “news”…. It’s just letting us know that stuff happens. We can’t know why and questions are never answered… “News”… smh.
