Noelia is not only drop dead GORGEOUS, but she comes across as a sweet, down-home individual with depth as well. Now hoping (going to connect a couple of dots here), that she will do what the last Miss Utah did when she won Miss USA (Linda Bement) in 1960 and that's go on to win Miss Universe (and if that happens it will only be the 2nd time in that pageant history that a country would win back to back crowns. The only country to do that so far has been Venezuela in 2008-2009 & where is Noelia's mother from - Venezuela!) Congrats Noelia!

What’s with all this girls wearing allot of make up and highlighting the nose and cheeks and the fake teeth and they all look the same is too much for me, where are the girls that are really pretty with minimal makeup and that don’t look the same.
