I like how Miss Bell is utilizing her ASMR videos to educate herself in the process. She already knows more about the solar system, grammar and history (among other topics) than most people.

Seriously is there anyone better at the teacher roleplay. It's amazing and wonderful how authentic she makes the video appear.
@jeffjohnson55443 жыл бұрын
She does an admirable job for entertainment purposes, but she wouldn't survive in a real classroom with her whispering. Sometimes you do have to raise your voice a bit or a lot.

A neutron star is pretty much a failed black hole, its like our sun squished down to the size of a city but not quite enough to keep collapsing to a singularity. A sugar cube sized chunk would weigh about as much as a pair of battleships, yup. Thanks for being so wonderful Miss Bell.

It was relaxing for me until she said a Neutron Star has the weight of two battleships and is really lightweight ...😆😆😆
@couerl3 жыл бұрын
@@herbiv5023 I wouldn’t let it detract too much from the experience. The vast majority of people don’t actually know what a star is or that our sun is just one of them.

while being not very big compared to other stars (mount everest is about 9km high while neutron stars have radius of about 10-20km, which means around 20-40km in diameter, so not exactly comparable to the mount everest) they have just insanely high density which allows their mass be somewhere around the mass of the sun and usually be even heavier. the heaviest neutron stars are having the mass of over 2 suns. having 2 masses of sun in somewhat ~20km radius (while the radius of our sun is about 700k km) i would not call them "not very heavy" or "not very big". neutron stars are very, VERY small and they are heavier than most of the stars in the universe.

Thanks for the lesson! I still don't understand the process of star transformation from main sequence star to red giant. Your explanation certainly helped. I really need to read on the gory details. By the way, for the neutron star weight, did you mean that a teaspoon weights as much as two battleships? Neutron stars are extremely dense and massive. In fact, I think a teaspoon is much more than two battleships.

I’m sorry but this is all BS. Everyone knows that stars are born when Bradley Cooper falls in love with them and sweeps them off their feet, thrusting them into the spotlight and the music industry. Then he gets mad at the star, then he loses himself to alcohol, then he pees his pants at a music awards show, then he hangs himself. Seriously, how do you get this wrong?? (This is all sarcasm, in case anyone can’t tell. Seriously, this is a very relaxing and informative video! 😊)
