"Missing" Silt Strider caravaneer (driver) in Balmora [MORROWIND]

Open the console, click on him, type ra to reset the actor. Also download the Morrowind idle animation fix to prevent it happening again. Basically the character shifts his weight from one foot to the other, but it moves him ever so slightly to the side, so over long stretches he'll move off the platform

I've never bothered to get a mod to fix this. :P Just type RA every now and again to reset all actors.

I got the same thing with Balmora guild guide she blocks the doorway and I can’t get out without almsivi intervention.

If that happens again, open the console and type "tcl" without the quote marks, then you can walk through them, then do it again and it'll set the game back to normal.
