From a French man perspective, it's a pity this excellent hooligan formula is becoming an Indian/HD category! 😔Seems like if you don't have one of these two, there's nothing you can do🤷

Great to see Harley and Indian doing well against other manufacturers, but maybe the formula needs adjustment to let the sub 1200cc bikes compete.

All the Japanese and European naked liter bikes would dominate if they did that. Nice to see but seems like the organizers want to showcase American brands first.

@BS32768 Right. The Superbike formula used to be..or is? ..1000cc four cylinders vs.1200cc twins. This class doesn't allow any other liquid cooled bikes over 900cc and no four cylinder bikes at all.

@@phillipbatho3213 yeah looks pretty intentional. Even the mt09 would compete favorably against the ftr1200 and a gsxr750 would leave it in the dust. Would be fun to see an mt09/s1000r/890/990 duke line up with these bikes though.

@BS32768 they do have 890 Dukes, and an MT09 was in the race at Datona, so they are allowed.

Such a BS class, where are the real Hooligan bikes Ducati Streetfighter, Aprillia Tuono, BMW S1000R, KTM Super Duke, Yamaha MT-10? No they have to dumb it down so a American bike can always win. Is the Buell 1190SX not legal to run in this class either?

It's up the the competitors. The rules allow for other bikes. Max 900cc triples so the MT-09 or street triple 765 can run

More like the best riders are always on HD or Indian. They don't want to ride other brands, evidently. I couldn't care less about another HD or Indian win. It's like watching MotoGP...... always Rossi or Marquez and the rest is pointless. My favorite classes are Junior Cup or Twins Cup but those races were all months ago. Now it's just HD and Indian in Hooligans and Baggers.
