KATIE!!! Since Allie’s (idk if I spelled her name right sorry😂) going gluten free and dairy free another desert she might like is Macarons, the little sandwich cookie things. Most people make them gluten free and if you just use a dairy-less filling they’re SO yummy gluten and dairy free, I make them all the time. They’re kind of finicky to make, but worth it to learn. Otherwise i’m sure you could find someone around you who makes em. Just a suggestion.💛
