I was 6 when this aired, now I'm 26 and still a ME fan. Queen was definitely in her bag. Two weeks before we lost an icon and superstar in-the-making and 5 days after the VMAs, the city would never be the same again. And we needed music to get us through such a rough period. Missy and them did just that. #RIPAaliyah and god rest those that lost their lives 5 days at the Twin Towers after this performance aired. We will _never_ forget. RIP.
