One of the BEST interviews of Jennifer I have ever seen. The women who conducted the interview was so educated on Jennifer and spoke on such deep subjects about Jennifer. I was so impressed with this interview. The cherry on top part of this interview was when Jennifer said Thank you, I appreciate you. This was no ordinary interview. There was a connection between them and that shined through. Jennifer is such a humble girl from around the way. No airs, no phoniness, no acting better then me. A regular girl who worked her ass off and never stopped. Blessings, Gina

These things should be taught in elementary/middle school not when you reach a mid life crisis. Jennifer is not alone as she has full staff to do a good bit for her plus she has a family support system. Good message though. It is also COURTING and not jumping into relationships. It is all still EDUCATIONAL. It is just a different and most important education that we are not getting early in life. The demands of a 24/7 society is what is making people sick. We do not work them come home to a family to eat and bath on time then go to bed. If we were educated correctly we would not need to go through as many struggles or hit rock bottom to make changes. Having knowledge/awareness or access to truly good information/education is key.

I can relate this story because after my divorce I felt like failure! I worked non-stop all the time not thinking about my quality time with my children or my health. I wanted to live the same luxurious life as I had when I was married. First of all I didn't have the moneies that I had before.. I needed a wake-up call! I had to adjust living with less and enjoy my life. I was then able to enjoy my children too. If you have kid's and no husband remember their love is unconditional, where as your husband isn't. You can have many husband's but your children they're the only one's you'll ever have. Their love is all I needed to be happy and satisfied with my life!

How do we take care of ourselves before burnout? Wow! Our culture creates this no days off mentality. Sleeping 5/6 hours instead of 7-9 as an adult literally takes years off of your life. I am learning to say no more, work hard, but cut work off on the weekends and allow myself to be loved on and nurture myself. This interview was invaluable. I love the balance that her sister brought to the interview as well, they should interview more together.

Women's histoy in America is what has caused most of us women to have to learn to value and care for ourselves better than we were "programmed" to by society. Most of us ladies had to go through this growing journey and it's a tough, long, not-fun journey to go through but it feels really great once your get through it and move on to greater horizons.
