Clarify me master If I need to consume 130 grams of protein per day, should all of it come from high-protein sources like chicken, eggs, and dairy products, or do proteins from chapati and dals also count?

Don't try to consume 130g of protein.i know fitness people says bodyweight x 2 = protein consumption. Lets take a client whose weight is 150kg and his protein consumption is around 300g which is not possible.Make sure your every meal has 25-30g of protein.Thats enough
