But the way I understand bureaucracy it has organized build and maintained a social system which I value for the unified and personal wellbeing, and at the same time the highest ideal on which I try to improve with unified maintenance. I understand what you mean. My opinion on bureaucracy is dependent on its implementation. As a mechanism / system it can work. But it depends on the mindset of the people on the top and the manner of its implementation. It also depends on the type of organisation. A bureaucracy would work better in an organisation like a nation's armed forces than in an organisation which sells gifts on the web. The important aspect is how you as a viewer see it. It would be ideal to get some real examples from people around the world and their experiences
