Dango! One of my favourite Japanese snacks! I sure ate my fill when I visited Japan last year ^^ the one I loved the most was when they were toasted.. you had the crispy outside and the warm chewy inside.. heavenly!! Chef Masa:1. How can we toast the dango? 2. Any way to store the dango if we can't finish 10 sticks? Thank you so much!

1. you can use an oven. set to broil or high temp. bake until golden. 2. they can be kept in the fridge for a few days. it will firm up, but reheating by steaming, microwaving or baking can bring back to sor & springy texture! ; )

Hi Masa. May I know what ingredients I can use to substitute mirin? I would to prepare this dessert but for the time being, the place i stay cant find mirin

Since it also has sugar It’s ok not to add mirin.
