Mitch Hooper was very close to hosting a Zydrunas Savickas documentary I wanted to produce, back in 2022. Now, he doesn't have enough time. He's too busy building a trophy-room.

The biggest moose ever shot was in Alaska on September 5th 2004 by a hunter named Eric Arnette. With an astonishing weight of over 2300 pounds and 15" tall, this is a remarkable creature.

Yeah. The problem with the "grand slam" is just that the comps change over time 😅 WSM and the Arnold have been forever and aren't going anywhere, but WUS used to be part of the grand slam, and SMOE and The Rogue are fairly new, so there is no knowing what the grand slam will be in a few years time 👐 It's for sure that this is the GS as far as comps that have existed during Mitch's career though.

I rarely find myself disagreeing with Mitchell (and this was the case for almost everything in this podcast), but I completely disagree on the Elon thing.

@@Massenomics That’s not hard to agree on, but I have to say I think he’s awful. His “free speech is for everybody, as long as I can decide what’s good free speech”, “space x is a private company (except for the fact that it is subsidized by taxes)”, his multiple failures being lauded as successes, his mismanagement of Twitter, and just his awful rhetoric and general disrespect, and on and on. Not really someone I’d expect to be highligted by someone as dedicated to kindness as as concept as Mitchell.
