Beforehand I was unable to even bodyweight squat following an injury sustained in the run up to a competition, and just yesterday I was able to box squat 60kg. This is huge for me after the last 12 months or so. Fingers crossed rehab and recovery continue this well, and hopefully there are no unforeseen issues with these compounds that come to light in future 😅 Thanks for this video, Mitch, echoing much of what I've already been hearing but great to see it coming from someone like yourself.

I bought a 60 count of capsules and only ended up eating 12 total. Unbelievable!

At 41 years old… peptides have been a life changer. Cjc/ipomorelin has more than anything else, helped my sleep, cleared up my brain fog, and massively upped my energy levels. The bpc helped massively on a ruptured bicep, but I only took it for that, and while my recovery accelerated massively when I started, it isn’t something repeatable (knock on wood). The cjc/ipo I cycled off and went into a massive slump, or rather I reverted to my old self… I cannot stress enough the massive turn around it has helped me with.

Hi Mitchell loving your content it’s extremely informative and honest. I’m reaching out to you because somethings is happening to me which isn’t spoken about in the fitness/strength industry at all and I feel that in another 10-15 years it’s going to become a big killer of under 40. Long story short, been training since the age of 20 years old, all kinds of training and when I was 24-25 years old decided to go onto steroids, not particularly a high dose initially but gradually over time I took just about everything competed in a few local strongman competitions etc and pretty much was on steroids virtually all the time so 14-15 years. I was a doorman for years so it just went with the territory I guess. When I was 39 just by chance I was having a scan on my heart for something unrelated and by chance they found an aortic root aneurysm that was 51mm. I immediately changed my lifestyle, stopped taking steroids went cold turkey and stopped lifting heavy weights, I did have to go on trt as I’ve destroyed my natural testosterone production. Fast forward 7 years as with regular scans I am now facing major open heart surgery within the next 6 weeks to replace my aortic root, if I don’t have it done it will eventually kill me. I want to raise awareness simply because the amount of young men on steroids now and the ridiculous dosages they are on, it’s going to kill a lot of men going forward and virtually no one is aware of what aortic aneurysms are. When i mention it to lads in the gym they don’t know what an aortic aneurysm is.Whether it’s an interview or if you just do a piece about it, i genuinely think awareness will save lives. I’m reaching out and am prepared to be very candid and honest about what I did to get to this point. Kind regards Luke

You shouldn't take this stack for more than two months. Your receptors need a break because by the third month, it loses its potency and effectiveness. After two months, it's best to switch to a different stack, and then, after another two months, you can return to TB-500 and BPC-157. Overall, it's one of the most effective combinations for recovery. You can also add GHK-Cu for even better results.

Love this content Mitchell. With regards to the blood test. Could there not be a argument to not go looking for trouble? I think thats the stance of most doctors simply refusing to test testosterone levels fx. I know of an example with X-ray images of people where doctors were who needed surgery and a bunch of them where picked out, afterwards it turns out none of the people on the X-rays images had any pain or movement issues. The human body is just wonky sometimes, just like some people tolerate higher/lower hormone levels unique to them.

Great video but BPC 157 is NOT illegal in the US. That’s not true. In October 2023 it was labeled a category 2 drug and compounding pharmacies are not allowed to make it for prescription use by a doctor. However, it can still be made and sold in research labs without a prescription. The same exact labs that made pharmaceutical grade can still make BPC 157 for research use in a separate building in their lab. As we read this certain pharmacies in the US are still selling their last stock of BPC157… the long term business is selling for “research purposes”.

There's a well-known Austrian peptide called Cerebrolysin, which has shown effectiveness in treating developmental delays in children, as well as conditions like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. Since 1992, it has been listed as an essential medication in many parts of the world. Unfortunately, despite its success in helping millions globally, it hasn’t received FDA approval in the U.S. So, the fact that BPC-157 hasn't been approved in America doesn’t mean it’s ineffective or incapable of saving lives.

@edstar78946 ай бұрын
Peptides are primary messengers. They bind to outside of cell, and promote a secondary messenger to be produced within the cell which then tiggers physiological changes at cellular level. Steroids which are lipid (or cholesterol as Mitch stated), move through the cell membrane (don’t need a primary messenger) and act immediately to trigger physiological changes. The former artificially promotes a natural process which you body is designed to do, whereas the later bypasses your natural process and act’s directly. On this basis there is reasonable expectation that Peptides may be safer than steroids, but they are still accelerating processes in your body which it is not designed or evolved to do. Like with steroids, you body will still experience a deficit if you withdraw and it’s ability to produce its own primary messenger will be lowered until/if you recover.

The absence of reference to PED usage in this series is glaring. It's also borderline unethical given the obvious usage in professional strongman. And that's not a criticism. It's an acknowledged aspect of the sport, and it is not tested - so go ahead and do what you like. But talking about health, training, or technique and selling supplements without referring to the impact of PED use on performance is, in my personal opinion, unacceptable because it gives the impression that all things being equal (i.e. genetics) you can achieve a certain performance level through just those things
