Few things I want to point out/ask: 1. What about water? I don't see you drinking a lot of it, how is it? Water is also a great source of magnesium and calcium, a lot of people seems not knowing that. 2. Talking about magnesium. Eating a full fist of nuts a day is not enough? Why pills are necessary? 3. Vitamin D. How long I need to be shirtless in full sun to syntesis enough vit D for my body? I am scared of my body beeing "lazy" in syntesis when I am giving it in pills. You know what I mean? Like using cream for my face making my body making less sebum. 4. Isn't skyr and kefir better option than yoghurt? How about inflamation because of diary products? Inflamation is because of lactose in this products? 5. When you are drinking orange juice, try to find cold pressed ones. It doesn't "kill" vit C, from what I know. 6. It is worth to see benefits from beetroot and its juice. Really. And green tea! 7. Talking about caffeine... Coffee seams to poison my body. I know it is subjective but... Are the evidence about that subject? 8. A lot of fiber (like 100g of oats for breakfast) make my stomach working not naturally, like I need to go to toilet VERY often per day. It is why not many sportsman eats oats nowadays? 9. Is gluten something I should be aware? I fell much better when I eat products without it or only a little. How about you? Is rice better for your than pasta in terms of "feeling"? 10. I am eating five eggs per day. Is it unhealthy for me? Sports people seems to eat less and less eggs. 12. Cinnamon and cacao are very beneficial. What do you think about that? 13*. Congratulations about winning your title! You are showing that strongman is not about freak of natures on steroid (I am from country of Pudzianowski...), but the sport which can give people a lot to learn about health! Soo... A lot of good health from Poland Champion!
