I got a pair for my junior year of high school and haven’t got to jump in them yet but they are stupid comfortable! Ready to see how the durability is though.

Durability is great. I've used mine for 6 to 8 months for long jump and pole vault. They still feel super bouncy and responsive. I worried they'd soften up, but they didn't. Nothing is going bad on them. Hell, I've even spiked them a couple times and they've held up amazing

@@yeet76231 do you use them during practice?
@yeet762319 ай бұрын
@@irinayoungblood8868 yeah, I did. I use the puma jump spikes now though. the biggest thing that wore out was the upper. Like any upper, it loosened up a bit and I found myself having to tighten them more and more as time went on. That's something that will never change though. I will say, the two way strap helped though.

Hi Mitch. I am no track athlete but i love sprinting. I train on track regulary and i want to buy new spikes. My question is can i use these for sprints? They seem like great option for me due to two reasons they are much cheaper than maxflys and they are wider. I want that "superspike" technology but all the sprint spikes with air zoom or similar technology form Puma or Adidas are too narrow for me and they are incredibly expensive. I am big guy over 200lbs and i have wide feet and these seem like comfortable shoe. Since long jumpers are sprinting to their jump there shoudnt be any problem doing this right? I am curently using some Nike XC spikes which are basically trainers with spikes and i want to upgrade for something more responsive but also still little cushioned.

Any ideas on a good long jump shoe for a middle school athlete who also runs 200m & 400m? The kids have absolutely no time to change shoes, but I want to protect that heel.

I am going to be in long jump this coming summer and I was wondering if they have a different color in this exact shoe. If they do what color is it??
@yandelrosales99162 жыл бұрын

How tight should long jump spikes be? Does the foot need to fit snugly in the shoe?
@MitchModin Жыл бұрын
Yes it definitely should. But still needs to be comfortable. Shouldn’t be like a climbing shoe..

U think this would be good for triple as well?
@MitchModin2 жыл бұрын
I’ve heard mixed reviews. If you’re very powerful the bubble compresses to much and can be unstable on your ankles. Others say they like how squishy they are.

i wear a 9.5 in the maxfly and a 10 in the tj elite 2…. what size do you think i should get in these?

If you’re comfortable with less spikes and very ugly the Saucony Kilkenny XC8 is designed for cross country but has nice heel cushion being crazy light at 4.5 ounces. All laces and no Velcro to eliminate hot spots or strange tightness in the mid sole

Hey man just picked these up as long as the triple jump ones. I kinda noticed these fit a little narrow and I have a whole thumb length of space at the end is it the same for you and would it be a problem?
