ifr your blade is getting blunt use a 2mm scoring cut first before full depth, saves chipout.

It was the blade, I ended up buying a new one for the track saw too, worked a treat!

@@RichmondWoodworksmust have been an illusion of the fast forward, but it looked like you were doing a reverse score cut first.

@@howardbecdove9780 Absolutely, I found that it really helped, at least with the chip out on top...However, I bought a new blade and it made a world of difference and I found that I didn't have to do the reverse scoring cut.
