Mitsubishi Delica D5 with a Ford Roof Rack?

We modify a heavy duty 300kg load limit three bar roof rack system to fit our D5 Delica. Now we can comfortably install our 4 person roof top tent.

Nice work! Do you have any photos of how you fit your custom bolt brackets into the gutter? I am wanting to try and fit one of the Rhino rack Backbone systems to my D5

Rhino Racks and Rhino Products are actually two different companies. There are no provisions on the Delica roof to physically bolt anything onto, and I highly advise against drilling holes. There are some basic photos available on the website of our mounting system.

Kit is available on the web site. The problem right now is securing the rack in Canada... working on it though.

Will this enhanced system work with the Yakima feet?

@@jaffaj23 The fit kit is designed specifically for the Rhino Kammbar at this point. If one were to provide me with a different set of feet I could likely adapt or redesign the fit kit.
